Rothgar is a comformist. A man that believes in control and order. Forcing that control and laws on others is something he deems nesseary for the ultamte harmony. He was married for a brief time to a human from earth. But she met a untimely demise. He now dates a part werecat whom he shares a mysterious connection to.
