Sanctuary is what it says, but it's only open to the few Draca that are left. They hide here, to keep away from the Wyvern Riders, and are usually the explanation for people never coming back from the Rachis Mountains.

Sanctuary has since been found and partially destroyed. There are statues of the great draca, all their old scrolls, as well as to crystal chunks at the entrance. The crystals appeared to have held something before, but now have blank, empty spaces inside them.
