Taika

An underwater path in the sea leads to this place, the city of the elves. Rumor has it, this was the capital of Alalea before the elves went to Alagaesia, and there is definitely evidence to prove that. It has regained the status as the elven capital. Most of the wild horses of Alalea live in valleys on this fog-ridden land which appeared to be an island.
