Voltaic

Voltaic was originally the ruins of a city filled with factories and labs. What little hints of science there are in Alalea, are all here in this city, which is small and holds few people. It's still in the process of being rebuilt, but it's a great place to hide out, since many of the factories are untouched, and easily large enough for a few dragons to stow away in if needed.
