Rothgar is a comformist. A man that believes in control and order. Forcing that control and laws on others is something he deems nesseary for the ultamte harmony. Rothgar walks the fine line of good and evil with one foot in each realm. He has killed many innocents in the name of his leaders. And has no regret or remorse for it. Taken from his homeworld at a young age. He spent most of his time in space onboard the Orion.
He was married for a brief time to a human from earth. But she met a untimely demise. He now dates a part werecat whom he shares a mysterious connection to.
